My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Krattli for 6 years for eyecare. This year my husband had some spots in front of his eyes that weren't the normal floaters you experience with aging eyes. He called Dr. Krattli and he immediately made an appt. for him with an eye surgeon. He didn't recommend someone - he contacted them himself and made the appt! Within two days he was having surgery to re-attach his retina. I purchase eyeglasses and contacts both from them and am always impressed with their friendly, thoughtful service. You sure don't get that kind of attention at Costco!!

I have been going to Dr Jones for more than 15 years now. He is excellent, and an incrediby nice person as well. His staff are all the same, to a t. I had to get use to the level of courtesy and kindness when I first went there, that is how great they are. Completely professional, your health is their utmost concern.

I have been going to Broadway Vet since 1996. They have cared for four of my cats and also provided free/discounted care for some strays. I have used them for routine exams, dental care, boarding and emergency care. They have always provided excellent care and service, and have always been willing to work with me to determine the right course of care for my cats. Two of my cats had to be euthanized and the staff was compassionate and caring during this very difficult time. Yes, vet care can be costly, especially if you need testing and diagnostics, however, I don't think Broadway Vet is priced significantly higher than other clinics.

ellen parker enables me to go out and hammer on my body. she is an athlete herself and with her degree in kinesiology she has a deeper understanding of athletes demands and issues than any other massage therapist i've been to. i've put some other elite athletes onto her as well. one of them told me "she gets better every time i see her". check ballard therapeutic massage out!

I am a long time client of the Ballard Health Center. I originally went in for back pain from sitting infront of my computer all day. I could not believe what a difference regular massage has made. The staff if very professional and talented. They don't charge extra for using the whirlpool, hot stone, deep tissue etc. I highly recomend this center.
