We did a total bath remodel and bought vanity, fixtures, mirror, faucet and counter top from Aurora Plumbing. The door on the cabinet was not perfect. I called Kathy and had a new door within a week. Kathy was also great about coordinating with the counter top crew when our vanity was set. Everything we bought was top quality. The staff can help with any plumbing question/problem we throw at them.

I had been looking for what I thought was a standard part, and had no luck at the big stores. They didn't even seem to know what I was talking about. I stopped in as I was driving home, and didn't even have the part cause I wasn't on that errand. They asked me a few questions, and found the part I needed in a book and I ordered it. It took a week to get and I got it and fixed my faucet like new! They even found out a trick to make the repair easier and that worked awesome! Thank you Aurora Plumbing!

We took part of a commercial toilet that wasn't working into them and they only charged us $35.00 for them to fix it. Perkins and Sons quoted us $735.00 to come in to our business and fix it or gives us a new toilet apparatus for 750.00. Perkins is a big rip off. Aurora Plumbing saved us so much money. Thank you!

My husband and I are doing a lot of work on our house these days and plumbing is the current beast we're slaying. We've been buying all of our plumbing supplies for a new bath from Aurora Plumbing, and although we've known they are overpriced in comparison to the chain stores, we've felt good about supporting a small operation that gives good technical advice. The other reason we've gone there is because they carry materials you can't find at the chain stores--sizes and types that are not typical. And up until a few days ago we felt great about Aurora Plumbing, but my husband had such a negative experience that we may well be writing them off. (We do give everyone the credit of having a bad or off day, so if we really write them off is yet to be determined). The short of it is that they charged us for the use of a tool that they assured us would be free-of-charge. No, we didn't get that in writing :-( This was a tool that we neither wanted or had requested. They then proceeded to give us a hard time, as if we were taking up their valuable time questioning them about it. It was a lousy customer service experience, compounded by a long wait, that made us ready to head over to the nearest Lowes or Home Depot where we don't necessarily expect expert advice but do pay significantly less for materials.
