I had a job performed on my furnace. The tech went beyond the requirements to get heat for me. He located a part that he needed and then he drove his own 4wd truck in difficult driving conditions to my house the following day with the part needed to make the repair. Because of his efforts I feel this is a company that goes above and beyond. I recommend them to anyone!!!!

I had a major job done (didn't know it was major when I called). Everything good I had read from comments online and recommendations was TRUE!!! The technicians, a journeyman and an apprentice were great guys. They showed up shortly after I received a courtesy call, and were well within the time window they had said. They were very friendly and kind. I was treated with the upmost kindness and courtesy. They left the job as they found it. No mess! The journeyman tach explained the job very clearly and easy for the layman to understand. I will certainly call SW Plumbing in the future and recommend them to others. I also appreciated being able to get Sunday Service with NO hidden extra costs!!

I have to say the two gentlemen that came out to do work at my house are truly two of the hardest working individuals I have ever seen. The did a superior repair job on the Giant problem I had. Funny, they were here for 2 and a half days and now I miss them on occasion because they were so pleasant and courteous to have around. I will certainly call again if need be. Of all home services I have employed the guys from South West Plumbing were the most considerate and efficient ever. Good people and did excellent work.

Its hard to understand how these guys sleep at night. In my case, I needed the main sewer line snaked ... it cost me roughly 200$ (from a different company a few years back) that charged by the hour. I then thought, I may as well call southwest since they bid the job upfront. After requesting a bid, they came up with a 900$ proposal, including a bunch of services I didn't want or need.
I negotiated to a reasonable price of 250$ which I needed to find a coupon to get.
Bottom line, I knew beforehand what I wanted to have done, and an expected price. What I got was a couple of untrustworthy dudes trying to rip me off.

These guys don't give free estimates but won't tell you until they are on site. When you ask them what the problem is with your furnace they will say...that will cost you. When you ask for a written estimate of the work before they proceed they will say...but that will cost you. They promise to reimburse you the the cost of the estimate after they do the job, but you have to have it done now. No opportunity to get other estimates and compare price, work, etc. Makes business makes me real mad.

My mother, a senior citizen on a limited income and lives in a mobile home, called Southwest Plumbing on a Monday afternoon, Dec. 15, 08, because her pipes were frozen. They sent 2 guys out to use a hairdryer on her pipes, it took them 1.5 hrs, they wrapped her pipes and charged her $1,748.47. They are crooks and charging these poor seniors outrageous prices! I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and KOMO news. I'm furious!
