Having never had any plumbing problems in the past, I was nervous to have to make the call with a leaking kitchen faucet. Two very professional and courteous gentlemen came within an hour of my call. The faucet (which needed replacement might have been a little little higher priced than perhaps it should have been, but if you CANNOT do it yourself you must pay to have it done. They did a nice job, left no mess and were very pleasant to do business with. I would trust them for future work. - Karin S

southwest obviously has lackeys writing reviews-bad bad bad-and then a flurry of high praise-they haven't changed their business practices-my friend was given an estimate of over $4000-fixing a simple leak & installing a shut-off valve near her house-(which Southwest lied about and said there wasn't one.Oh course there was one at the street). With a laborer from Casa latina & a good handyman-it was all done perfectly for under $400-

I had to call on them recently to get their opinion on a plumbing job that was being done at my home and they were the most helpful in showing me some things that were wrong so i could have them corrected. I really appreciated their help and input in this matter and have really learned a lesson. I will never again hire someone a friend recommends and whom i know nothing about. Any future plumbing or heating jobs will be done by Southwest Plumbing!! I shall also highly recommend your company to anyone i know or needs plumbing or heating work done. - Joyce L.?

Plumbing problems are never fun for anyone, except the negotiators at SW Plumbing. They see you are desperate and don't have time to call 10 companies to get bids. They see you're on the ground, kick you a couple times, beat you with a pipe wrench, then swipe your credit card for 10 times what their honest competitors charge. They charged me to essentially make a call to the city to tell 'em the sewer is backed up. No pipes cleared or installed, no clean up work, just so-called "diagnostic" charges totaling over $1000. STAY AWAY! Even if they're the last ones in Seattle! I can't imagine they will be, especially since I'm in the majority of regretful SWP customers taking the time to write a review. I feel so stupid and they are laughing all the way to the bank.

On the coldest night of the year my husband and I woke up to no hot water. We were not sure what we were dealing with and being new home owners we were very afraid to call a plumber, but I had a coupon that SW Plumbing mailed me when I first moved in and decided to call. They came out to our house and quickly got to work diagnosing our problem. Out plumber was friendly and let us know everything he was looking for. When he discovered that we had a frozen pipe he quickly fixed the problem and told my husband what he needed to do to prevent this from happening again. The price was fair and we were happy with our service. We will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.
