Oh wait, that's Safeway's slogan from the 1980's and this is Saveway. Trust me, the "v" makes a big difference. I hate to rag on this place, because the Korean family that runs this Pioneer Square grocer put their lives on the line everyday to keep this place open - literally. And they are lovely people. But WOW! This is one filthy store. On the plus side, along with my Cheeto's, beef jerky and tic tacs, I can also pick from a varied selection of malt liquors and score crack easier than June Pointer.

I hate to rag on this place, because the Korean family that runs this Pioneer Square grocer put their lives on the line everyday to keep this place open - literally. And they are lovely people.
