They have ingredients for dishes that I had never heard of when I was growing up, which is unfortunate because these are the foods that I have enjoyed the most as an adult. Paneer and Ghee are words that I never heard growing up, along with many other things that are still barely familiar to me. I suspect that it's placed in "Tourist Central" (the Pike Place Market) for those who come from places like Eastern Washington, to get what they just cannot find there. I highly recommend the premixed curry powders.
