Remember when you went down to the corner, picked up a few grocery items from Mr. Hooper, then went back to your brownstone in Brooklyn? No? Well neither do I. But Sunset Hill Greenmarket is just that kind fo store. There's no scanning, no glazed over cashier, and no complicated sale days. It's great, somewhat healthy (they still have to have ice cream and treats!), food and it has all the stuff I need that I don't want to go to the supermarket for. Plus, you can stop in to Rain City Video and pick up a movie to go with your Chunky Monkey.

The Sunset Hill Greenmarket is about twelve feet wide and packed floor to ceiling with a treasure trove of locally made soups, sauces, and deserts, canned and packaged organic sundries, fresh organic produce, good wines and artisan beers. The person behind the counter makes happy faces at the children who come in with their parents. It rounds out the little Sunset Hill business district perfectly.
