This tiny 20-seat weekend supper club is on a quiet residential street in Wallingford in July. It is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for Supper Club, offering a single, communal seating and a themed four-course, prix-fixe menu that changes weekly. The chef chef/owner is Dustin Ronspies, builds a menu that features raw ingredients from local growers. He introduces each course and shares his breadth of culinary knowledge from travels wide and far.
On Happy Mondays, things are more footloose; they don't take reservations and the menu features a variety of small plates at prices that average less than $10. The menu changes each week, and is accompanied with a moderately priced list of wines and beers to go with it. I've been there twice now, once for the prixe fix dinner and once dropping in on a lark on a Monday. You can't go wrong here -- a welcome change and an opportunity to meet and dine with some very interesting patrons.

If you are looking for Japanese books, CDs, magaizes, or random accessories, you should go to Kinokuniya. They carry books in English, Japanese, and a few in other languages, and most of the books are related to Asian culture. They have notebooks, office supplies, and school supplies, too, and some have creative uses. The art section is pretty big, so if you're interested in drawing then you can get supplies here.

I am a huge sucker for letterpress stationery, and Flourish has an outstanding selection. The store is small and has a quaint feel, though you can find just about any paper product you could need. They also sell high-end wedding invitations from companies such as Egg Press, Oblation, Page Stationery, etc. These invitations are hard to find, so Flourish is a great resource.
Take your credit card with you when you go, prices aren't cheap, but neither is letterpress. And it is so worth every penny. The look of letterpress is pure class and elegance.

This Store has a little bit of everything. I walked in just to look around and found a lot of interesting things. Not a number carries items from clothes to books to bandages. The bandages are hilarious. I bought some bandages that looked like lips and gave it as i gift. My friend got a kick out it.

It's Fireworks, Pioneer Square. This store has so much to look at, from furniture to S&P shakers, to jewelery, ornaments, books, lights, metal art, and more! I love the girl mobiles with kites. There is surely a gift for someone you like in there. Some are whimsical, some are beautiful, some are just plain silly. They have it all, and most of it is so colorful, its really candy for the eye!

This is a wonderful little stamp store in the heart of Pioneer Square. I love this shop because they have all styles of rubber stamps separated by category. For example, I can easily find a classic car stamp, a Siamese cat stamp or a Space Needle stamp. They carry the hip stamps (if there is such a thing) and the mainstream ones as well.
Whenever I am in Pioneer Square, I pop in.

The Paper Zone in Shoreline is smaller than the SODO location, but it is very well-stocked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store has paper, rubberstamps, cards, gift wrapping, and supplies for many types of paper crafts. I really love having such a great resource like this in my neighborhood!

This place is great for reasonably priced memorial stones for pets. We live in the country and have lost three cats to the animals the prowl the forest. Each time we made a family visit to Gargoyles and picked out a statue of a cat in repose for the places in the garden where they now sleep in peace. It's made for a quiet place of reflection where we can remember them well to this day.

They have a beautiful and unique collection in this store. I highly recommend you to go in person and talk to the owner of the store, Alexandria. She knows every piece in the store and more importantly she is a people reader. She was able to find the perfect ring for me just by asking me a couple of questions.
My fiance and I visited multiple stores prior Alexandria Ruddolfs and the decision was never this easy. Their service and help made it a unique and memorable experience for us.
Pros: They have great knowledge of their collection and all of the pieces are unique

I can always find stuff here that no one else has. I bought a gorgeous vintage dress and then ordered these very unique sandals from Sweden! You pick your own leather - out of several colors, sheens, etc. -and choose your sandal style - there were 3 or 4 to choose from. A perfect mix of vintage and new at this cute place. I just love it.
Pros: Always amazed at something new here
