I met with Adrian, the new shop manager on June 22nd, asking to see if he could trouble shoot three specific noises coming from underneath my vehicle (2004 Toyota 4 runner). I took him for a test drive to let him hear the noises, one of which would have been a quick and easy fix. We then scheduled the next day for the actual inspection and to fix the one noise the we both knew was quick and easy for 8:30 am the next day. I arrived and delivered my vehicle at 8:45-9:00 am the next morning. However when I stopped by at 1:45 pm, the vehicle had not even been lifted up yet, and the excuse was that "All these other cars came in". This is despite the fact that I was possibly the first or second person in that day, implying that my money was not as important. I was indeed able to work a half day from home, but I was not intending to have my entire day wasted in this fashion. There would have been nothing they could have done that day. So I took my keys and left. Also he was kind enough to leave a nice big blob of axle grease on my center console and on my carpet. Not a professional under any curcumstances, and I will not do busniess with them every again, including gas and/or a stick of gum.
Pros: none
Cons: Ignored my problem all day
