No customer service, a small wherehouse crew...so what! The prices here are phenomenal and really high quality. We bought a Broyhill hutch and buffet, $1600 in most stores, $749 here (I had to rent a truck and haul it myself, another $60). I can live without pushy sales people, fancy showrooms, and high prices. No one wil help you until you ask and the place is a huge, unorganized mess, but you can really find some gems. Tough to find, but worth the hunt. Pros: Lots of high quality items, low prices Cons: None really, just know you are on your own

I have purchased 4 sofas, 2 coffee tables, a bed, and a kitchen table through Sansaco over about 7 years. I have always had a positive experience with the staff. I have never felt pressured or pushed. The staff has always taken the time to answer my questions about alternate manufacturers and materials and shipping and anything else. I live in Anchorage and they have always been able to coordinate shipping or delivery for me with no hassles. Products have always been as represented in catalog. I can't speak to the return policy as I have never had to return anything but I have canceled an order that was taking too long to complete. The shopping experience can be a little challenging at times as the warehouse is packed full of furniture and it is easy to get distracted by yet another good deal while searching for what you came there in the first place. When I pay 30-50% less than retail for a product I am smart enough to realize that I am going to sacrifice something in the purchasing experience. With Sansaco you lose out on the presentation (warehouse) and you might have to get someones attention to get help. I have had much worse customer service experiences at full price furniture stores. Check their operating days out before heading down as they are closed on one weekday and I always seem to end up in Seattle on that day! very inexpensive and nice furniture.... if you can get it!! twice i purchased items, then went to go pick them u.... wait 1/2 hour once, only to find that what i had ordered hadn't arrived (even though they had called me to tell me my order was ready). next time i waited an hour while spaced-out slow workers poked around the warehouse looking for my stuff. they never found the chairs i bought... am still waiting for a call.... so annoying!!! definitely do NOT go to pick up stuff if you are renting a truck and paying by the hour. you will waste your money.

Sansaco is a furniture warehouse in its purest sense, a big open space with lots of furniture. Can be crowded at times but they're prices are 30-50 percent below retail in other galleries. Customer service has always been great for me. The only downside is they do not offer delivery service, so find a friend with a truck if your buying big. Huge selections of living room furniture, office furniture, dining room and bedroom sets. I had heard about it from a friends parents who bought their living room set there and ive since made two large purchases there. Dont settle for walmart quality when you can get better for the same price! Pros: huge selection, great prices Cons: large open warehouse can be dimly lit sometimes

You'll have to nearly crawl over the mechandise because this store is so packed full. We shopped for a month looking for some leather chairs. Once I identified which ones I wanted, I called around for prices and delivery times. Sansaco beat everyone by over $100 a chair and more than a month in delivery time. They have catalogs for nearly every manufacturer so when you find what you want, just go to Sansaco and order it. As I said before, they also have ton to look at on the spot and take home. This shop is kind of hidden in a wherehouse area but well worth the time to find it.

I went here after being recommended by several friends who have been very ahppy with their purchases from them. It is definitely has a warehouse feel to it. But we dug through and looked through catalogues and found a coffee table and two ends tables that we really liked for a fantastic price. We also ended up getting a leather armchair that looks EXACTLY like the Pottery Barn one for about 1/2 the price as the Pottery Barn one. We have had it for about 2 years and it has held up wonderfully. Some of the furntiure is cheap and they have some fantastic quality- no matter what- you do get what you pay for so if you buy something at an amazingly cheap price, there is probably a reason. But I would say that their retail price is at least 30% off normal stoers. I had not problem with the customer service- they were very nice and helpful to me.

I recently purchased from Sansaco - first time, the experience was decent - the product I ordered was good. The second time, the furniture piece I ordered was completely misrepresented - the color was off, the product was damaged, and it was poorer quality than the descriptions (dresser drawers open poorly). Right now, I am ready to throw the whole furniture piece out the window ...but after having spent $500, it's a little hard to do. My advice to you is to proceed with care since the store has no cancellation or return policy - basically you're stuck. They seem to focus on pushing their products vs. ensuring happy customers. My takeaway from this experience is --- I'll never shop there again. Go to Costco home or some other place where you can be sure to receive a flexible, customer-centric serivce and policy. Pros: Great variety of furniture Cons: Poor customer service, no return or cancellation policy, don't know what you're getting

They have huge collections of all kinds of furniture you will need. Especially the sofas!! I like their sofa colllections, simple and looks very comfortable. Just the style I am looking for. The price is reasonable the the special orders tak about 8 weeks. The only cons is that they don't offer delivery so I had to seek some delivery service from local newpapers. Except this, I would recommend this store to my friends.
