So this is a little cafe in the Westin where you go in, order at the counter, sit down, and they bring you your order.
We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes in a line, other customers did their thing and went to sit. When my turn happened, I stood at the counter without being acknowledged for about 5 minutes.
I understand busy, but SAY something to me while I'm standing there. ACKNOWLEDGE that I'm waiting.
The tables were filthy and needed to be bussed, the service was awful. They need to staff this place better.
Can't comment much on the food because after standing there forever, I decided to just get a bagel - not toasted - and it was fine.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye:
Buying a frozen yogurt machine is very high on my priority list and a major tenant of my life plan...third only to a permanently parked Taco Truck in my front yard and a full service 24 Hour Burger King in my kitchen. Until I can get the ball moving on this, I'm forced to look elsewhere for my frozen yogurt needs.
Although I'm generally willing to drive illogical lengths for this, sometimes it's just not plausible, and that's when I hit up 5th Ave Cafe. Conveniently located in the heart of Generic Downtown Seattle Shopping, it's a great place to stop on a day of errands. They have good espresso and other snacks, but the heart of the establishment is their gleaming Dannon FroYo machine which produces near perfect chocolate/vanilla swirl cups every time. Be warned that ordering a medium or larger will make post yogurt shopping a little difficult.
