purchased carpet from this company and opted for the higher end line they had. within a week carpet began to bubble and would break off from the edges. after multipe attempts to repair the carpet, carpet to go finally tore it all out and installed a new carpet. what do you know, same thing happens again and their solutions is to try and re-strech, again. doesn't work. 6 months or more later and i have crappy carpet that is lifting and bubbling everywhere. at this point carpet to go and the owner, gary long, wouldn't help because they felt they did enough and i had to call the manufacturer myself to fix the situation. when it was all said and done i was left with an additional 1,000 out of pocket for misc. expenses and to remove the carpet which they wouldn't do. do yourself a favor and don't fall victim to the cheap prices - here you really do get what you pay for...cheap products and poor customer service.

We were in the market for carpet for the main areas of our home. After shopping around, we found Carpet To Go to be 25% less expensive! That is a huge difference! However, there is a downside. Although we were told that the carpet was midgrade and of good quality, with a 10 year wearability, we later found out (AFTER installation) through some detective work that it was a lie. The carpet was low grade, poor quality, and only a 2-5 year wearability! There is nothing we can do now, as we DIDN'T GET IT IN WRITING! Lesson learned for next time.
If you want good prices, I'd say check them out - with a warning - do you rown research on the carpet you want first, and then whatever you are told by CTG, MAKE THEM PUT IT IN WRITING!!
