I have been studying with Planet Earth for years and Laura and group are in a word the best. I have had neck and upper back trouble and this class has helped me enormously. Laura is not only a talented teacher but she is a good human being, one of the best people I have studied with, ever. The first class is always free. I always walk out feeling more peace and my body always says, thank you!!! Try it, its an amazing class. The room is light and airy. The yoga community who uses this studio are terrific folk. FYI: As a breast cancer survivor I highly recommend others like me study yoga. It is a tough to go thru that and this class will help you with your survival. There are plenty of smiles for all.
