Anne Phyfe runs 3 yoga studios and still has time to teach an awesome prenatal yoga class. It's relaxing but still a good bit of exercise. Yoga breathing was the best thing I did to help prepare for a natural birth experience. The teachers will work with you to modify poses to your comfort level. You encouraged to listen to your body and take a break if it's too much for you, but I did like Anne Phyfe's gentle reminder that we might have to learn to stick out something uncomfortable for a little longer when we were in labor.

If you're looking for (or even open to trying) prenatal yoga, i highly recommend 8Limbs. I just had a baby a month ago and I attended prenatal yoga up until a week or two before my due date. The studios (both on pike and 35th ) are among the best in town and Annefife, the teacher of my class on pike, is an absolutely amazing instructor.
I'm not a 'yoga person' per se so i don't usually go for the 'sharing' aspect of yoga, but i found this class very satisfying physically and also supportive emotionally. physically, it is gentle enough to be appropriate for even someone 40 weeks pregnant, but challenging enough to feel like a workout. plus late in my pregnancy it showed me i could move in ways i didn't think possible at 7, 8, or 9 months. emotionally, i found the 10 minutes or so each week the class spent sharing tips on pregnancy maladies or birth stories surprisingly helpful. i learned a lot about the wide range birth experiences - something that helped me get a sense for what to expect.
so even if you're not into yoga, try it!

That said, 8 limbs is a really good studio. They have solid instructional yoga, good class times, and very good instructors.
