I highley recommend Annual Chimney. They cleaned my chimney and replaced my chimney cap. He quoted me for the chimney cap in August. When I finally decided to get the work done 4 months later the quote was honored, even though the material price had gone up. Two thumbs WAY up on this chimney sweep!
