I live on the east coast and make it a point to shop at Zovo's when I am in Seattle. The service is unbelievable. I feel more like I am attending a party and they are the hosts making sure I am having a good time. I have never had a problem returning or exchanging an item. Have had to even do it by mail. I definitely recommend it to anyone I know who is going to be in the Seattle area.

After being a dedicated customer every time I was in Seattle for the last couple of years I stopped by to purchase a bra for a specific dress. The sales person helped choose one which I hesitated on whether it would work or not. She assured me that I could return it anytime if it did not. Well it didn't and when I went to return it the sales staff said that returns had to be within 24 hours - not the anytime I was quoted. No exceptions. So despite my previous patronage I was stuck with something I didn't need. I was disgusted that they lied to get something out the door and wouldn't take responsibility for their sales associates. In the future I will stick to Nordstroms or Fig Leaves.com for my favorite brands like Chantelle and Audube.

I had the pleasure of stopping by Zovo Lingerie this weekend as I shopped in U Village and I have to say, I am VERY impressed. I have never been to a lingerie boutique that can boast having a wide range of sizes, this one can. I know this because the the very attentive sales person informed me that the store size range is from a 30A to something like a 44H - which is amazing. I recommend this boutique to all women - especially those who enjoy a warm inviting atmosphere for your shopping experience.

Zovo Lingerie in University Village is just a fantastic store. It's completely original; from the gorgeous interior design (no cheesy lighting or heinous plastic hangers that always break and don't hold anything - I hate those things!) to the roomy dressing rooms that give you space to move around and really see how things fit. Victoria carries an amazing selection of products in styles and sizes guaranteed to fit every taste, and the sales staff there is very friendly without being gushing and they know their stuff - you can talk to these people about fit! But what I love about Zovo is that it's also a great place for unique gifts other than lingerie - they have a great assortment of bath products and some amazing one-of-a-kind jewelry, and you can put together a gift for someone special (or yourself!) that's really unique. Although Zovo really has something for everyone, I appreciate the fact that, as a professional woman (who's also a grown-up!) I can treat myself to a shopping experience really designed with me in mind. Check Zovo out - you won't be disappointed!!

I always love to come in here and browse because they have so many beautiful pieces.. but so far I haven't been able to justify spending upwards of $100 for a bra. Everything is beautifully packaged and displayed, and in the back they have a number of bath & body products, like Tocca (definitely marked up prices though). If you can afford it and are looking for something more distinctive and luxurious than Victoria Secret, this would be the perfect place to go. PROS: Unique lingerie, cute gifts, great location. CONS: Pricey
