We recently worked with Rebecca for the purchase of our home, and we LOVED her. Prepare to be hit with a ton of adjectives that describe her: detailed, thorough, knowledgeable, professional (but warm--a difficult combination to find!), caring, funny, personable, and the best at what she does. This was our first home-buying experience, and everyone warned us about the 5-inch thick stack of papers we'd be signing (of which we'd have no idea what was what), and Rebecca explained literally every form, so we'd have a clear understanding of the what and why--she truly made the experience less daunting, more comfortable, and certainly more pleasurable than I ever could've imagined. I don't often hear that others share this same experience when it comes to this type of paperwork. Bottom line: she knows her stuff, will take care of you because she's just a downright good person, and to top it off, she's a complete hoot!

we used rebecca at EscrowLink at the request of our new home's seller and liked the experience so much we requested to use her when we sold our old house a month later. she is also a (non-practicing) real estate attorney so is knowledgable about legal issues relating to the minutia of a home transfer. i found her to be thorough and a clear communicator. we had some good laughs and i left with a clear understanding of the paperwork and the transaction. for good or bad, she will also make her non-partisian law knowledge available to your buyer or seller so expect all parties to be held to a high standard of conduct.
