There's jobs, including one's you've mentioned listed in the Seattle Times. The general job market has improved in the last couple years since the dotcom bust. A lot of people are moving here from New York. Bellevue/Kirkland and Seattle's traffic is appalling and makes a commute from more affordable housing into downtown annoying, and a lot of the jobs are located in downtown Seattle or Bellevue. Bus service is available but slow, although there are some express buses. Find a job first before you move.

A few things about the way Business Careers operates:
1) Job Placement is not free. Either you pay all or a portion of the placement fee or your eventual employer pays the fee. You are probably not going to get paid as much as if the employer didn't have to pay a finders fee. So, this really isn't free no matter how you look at it.
2) They seem to go by the "have you interview for everything and see if it sticks mentality." So, expect to have them call you with things that are not appropriate and do not meet your specifications.
I would suggest seeking help from your local Worksource. It's free, and they can give you just as good advice.

It is a tall order to match up suitable employees with prospective employers but Business Careers has generally done fairly well in my experience. Their recruiters are good at assessing a candidate's abilities and presenting the candidate to the employer in a fair and honest way. They have also handled the employee/employer negotiations with respect to job offers quite well.

Isn't it only proper etiquette not to take personal call while conducting an interview? A call regarding what happened last night in the hot tub. And why did you and your colleagues openly mock interviewees who just seconds before left? If it was to impress me with your professionalism you failed miserably. I wonder what witticisms were said regarding myself when I left after you took your third phone call. If you are looking for employment I would highly recommend another placement service.
