I would not recommend Harvard Cleaners to anyone. My clothes came back wrinkled and stained. My clothes had to be sent out twice as they weren't cleaned properly the first time, taking weeks. When they came back still wrinkled, I asked for my money back. The woman at the counter told me that they don't give refunds because they'd already 'cleaned' them twice. Terrible, terrible service. Go to Executive Cleaners or All Seasons cleaners if you want a good dry cleaner.

Clothes brought with stains come back with stains. I don't know if it was their job to get them out but it certainly didn't need to get pressed - minus one star. I've brought clothes home and they've smelt like food. Like someone cooked in the same room with the clothes - minus one star. Not a good value. I don't remember exact prices but it was a overpriced for simply cleaning shirts - minus one star. I think they send most everything out and therefore the turn around time for pickup is not so quick. It's a shame because the location is so convenient for me. Go to C H Cleaners & Alteration on Olive street. if it's close to you.
