I dropped off my favorite sweater and when I got it back it was so stretched out and ruined I couldn't wear it! I tried to contact the owners and mangers and they refused to amend the situation- refusing to even return my calls and I was very patient. When I finally was able to talk with the owner Don- he said "your sweater just died, it's time for you to go shopping" Yet he's refusing to replace my sweater- it was perfectly fine when I dropped it off- just needed to be cleaned, now it's so distorted and the owner is not willing to take the responsibility for damaging it- claiming that the sweater just lost it's life.... What an apathetic asshole!!! 1rst time going there and 2 off my items got damaged. Never take your clothes there!

I brought in a dress with a beaded bodice to be cleaned. The clerk said I'd need to sign a slip that they were not responsible for the beading. That was understandable, so she got out the slip. However, the paper said I was releasing them from ALL responsibility with regard to the garment, which I would not agree to. I'll have to try somewhere else.
