Nurses. I've seen some turn-over in nurses, which is good and bad. The good is that when you're reading this review the current nurses may be gone and replaced by better ones.
Refills, always request refills at least a week before you need the pills. They may not get around to doing it without a reminder call.
Waiting room. This is a very busy practice and all but once I have waited at least 45 minutes to see a doctor.
Billing. I have never experience any problems with their billing.

They're right across the street from the Met Market. You can usually always get appointments on short notice, or show up right when they open in the mornings and often they can squeeze you in.

I feel very lucky to have found such a great doctor. He really listens and is very good at putting patients at ease. I would describe his manner as laid back confidence without arrogance. Both my wife and I have been seeing him for over 5 years. His front office staff are also very pleasant, helpful and efficient.

i am not a big fan of going to the doctor (who is, right?) but i never felt uncomfortable or awkward at all at queen anne family medicine. the doctors are really nice and take time to not only tell you whats wrong (or more excitingly whats not wrong) but they explain to you excatly what is happening, what causes it, what you should do for it, what medicine to take (and they are nice about giving samples of things so you dont have to pay for them), and how long it should all take. the staff is really nice and will get you an appointment when you need it (ive called in the morning and gotten in the same afternoon).
plus, on top of all that, theyll give you a lollipop if youre good

This is medicine at it's best. The doctors really spend time talking to you and caring about what is best for you, not for their checkbook. I truly feel like they are family, they know your name and your conditions and when they don't know something fully they do research to help you out more. They treat you as a person not as a payment.
