Well We have been with Edison Emergi Med for over 6 years now, Both me and my husband has been seeing Dr. Mendu. On n Off As needed- We met Dr. Deora,Desai and Others as well. They are fine too and We are very satisfied with Dr. Mendu. He is the busiest Dr. around but never rubs it on the patient face. Always gives time and makes sure he takes care of things before the patient leaves! Yeah - I was put on hold Forever sometimes and I know 1 hr+ will be the wait when I go to see the Dr. We will live with that , Anyway its no less wait at any other place or the Hospital emergency room. We have referred 6 of our friends there and they sticked with them So will We!!

These people are bunch of crooks. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. I went their for regular physical checkup for well being as a preventive measure They peroformed breathing test, ECG, blood and urine test. I thought all that would be part of preventive measure. Then Dr asked me to come again to collect the report. I was asked to take an appointment to collect the report. After a long call I was able to get an appointment. At the time of appointment, I was called inside after 40 mins. I was sitting in an exam room and waited for about 30 mins. Restless I walked and asked what happend, why nobody is giving me report. Then finally, Dr came with his paper and asked what is wrong and if I have any pain or anytihng. I said nothing wrong, I already had my physical exam and just need my blood reports. I supposed dr would have those reports but she had some other case. She said nurses must have messed with my file and went back for 15 mins. Finally, she came with my report and said everything is normal. That was a relief, only till when i got my bills. They claimed $ 490 for my first visit, regular exam. They again claimed $ 80 for getting my reports. And after a month, I got a bill from some LabCorp of America asking for $516. God knows what all they did to me that they are claiming $1086 for just a routine checkup. I thought routing checkup would go as preventive measure and my insurance will pay everything. But they made me a patiend visiting them for some illness. Moreover, the LabCorp sent me a letter stating that my insurance company HORIZON BLUE CROSS is not accepting my claims. But in fact, my insurance is with Great West which has already settled the other claims filed my Edison Emergimed. It's such a mess out there. The billing dept don't know what to bill. Doctors don't know what to check and what is wrong in patient. Lab department doesn't know what all lab results are required or requested. It was a very very bad experience. I was fit n fine before I went there, but now I am surely not well. AVOID EDISON EMERGI MED, if you want peace of mind.

Terrible staffs-Great Doctors!!! Sometimes It way to difficult to get an appointment with the Dr. You wish to see but Again,Sometimes It was so long wait that we rather stayed home , But since Its a Group They make sure Some Dr. sees you when you need to see just a Doctor.We can live with that much!!

I have always been treated in a very professional and understanding manner by the staff at Emergi Med. They are polite and very co-operative in scheduling appointments-also with other outside specialists. Dr. Mendu also seems to be very knowledgeable in what he is doing, and acts in a professional manner with his patients without assuming anything. He is sensitive to the patient's needs, and helps in every possible way.

I'm going to Edison Emergi-Med for more than 1 year. One of my friend referred this hospital & Dr. Mendu, who is very good and take care of patients very well. I don't know about other doctors in this Hospital. As all people saying, When you call this office, don't expect some one answer you right away. There will be a waiting period of at least 15min's. And also wait period to see Doctor is also high, but can wait to see good professional Doctor.

I see Dr. Deora, she is a very caring and excellent doctor. For those that complain about waiting long the reason there is such a wait is because the Doctors are so good. I am always leary of an empty waiting room! The doctors spend time with all their patients and sometimes you just have to wait to get very good health care. The staff has been fine to work with sometimes they have to be quick because they are very busy but they have always been respectful.
