My appt. was at 4:30. I was told to "arrive early" for paperwork. I was finally taken back to a room at 5:15. At 6:00 Dr. Robertson strolled in. He saw me for 6 min. Then his office tried to charge me $100 more than they originally told me the appt. would cost. I told them what they could do with their bill. Bottom line, he is always late, always has been, always will be. If you schedule an appt., bring a thick book...

Obviously not customer service. As a busy working mother, I always schedule my doctor's appointments first thing in the morning. In theory, if I am the first patient, I will not be left waiting. I will get in and out and get on with my day before an hour has elapsed, no problem. My theory has only failed me twice, the second being today. I arrived for my 8 am appointment 25 minutes early. Myself and one other patient were in the waiting room after they opened the doors. I was taken back to the room at about 8:05. At 8:15 Dr. Robertson's assistant, Joe, shows up. "Hi, Joe. Here's what's wrong with my feet." "Fine, fine. THe doctor will be right in to see you," he says. As I am on my return trip to the room after requesting that my co-pay be returned, good old Dr. Robertson shows up at the door. Time? 8:37. Here's a tip to all doctors out there: Your patients' time is NO less valuable than yours. To leave a patient waiting in an empty office for 37 minutes when their appointment is scheduled for first of the day is unprofessional, disrespectful, insulting and infuriating. I get it that doctors' offices can be busy and things happen during the day that cause long waits to occur. Emergencies come up, etc. If that were the case here, I would not be writing this review. Bottom line: this guy is a pompous time waster.
