Dr. Graham and his staff go above and beyond. I have never experienced such great customer service and treatment. When you walk in you feel like family. They are the whole package. Everyone in my office that needs therapy goes to Dr. Graham and just loves him and his staff. As for the massages - Laurel and Sunny are top notch!!
Pros: They are the whole package!

I began going to Dr. Graham about 2 years ago for a chronic case of double lock jaw (TMJ) that was causing me extreme physical pain and personal stress. My prior unsuccessful treatment for this condition had included a TMJ specialist, a joint surgeon, and a different downtown chiropractor who insisted on using one failing technique to "address" my issue. I was frustrated and still in a LOT of pain. A colleague of mine recommended I try Graham Rehabilitation, and I did so as a last ditch effort. It was seriously one of the bests decisions I made. I found Dr. Graham to be knowledgeable, professional and extremely gifted in his field. I was also impressed at his philosophy that no one technique serves as the ultimate answer: he views the different chiropractic approaches as a tool box of options for helping his patients feel better and get healthy. The staff is friendly and very accommodating--I almost never have trouble securing an appointment, even when I call last-minute. You do have to park, but it is pretty easy to find on-street parking on First Ave or Western, a block away. This was the ONLY treatment that I underwent that was effective. Overall, this is THE place to go to if you want competent care--I can't say enough good things about them.
Pros: Knowledgable, professional staff. Easy to make appts.
Cons: Downtown, so if you drive in, you deal with parking.

Don't go to this place for rehabilitation unless you like getting gauged. They aren't willing to take responsibility for their mistakes and in turn charge the customer. If you love waiting for your appointment for 15 minutes, like listening to the bubbly front staff nanner on about trivial hippie-esk activities, and you really enjoy being totally exposed as there is no privacy in this office this is the place for you and above all if you desire a half-ass massage be prepared to pay out the nose for it. $80.00!!
This "dr's" method is to take the cash out of your back pocket to lighten the strain on your back. Not worth the hassle and expense!!
Pros: It's downtown
Cons: Mainly Staff is totally incompetent
