Worst

Services rendered were good, but the quality of the staff and its treatment of patients are and have been sub par. Saccharine and superficial, unaccommodating and presuming.

Save your teeth and money and see another dentist!!! 10/7/2011

Dr Lee and her team act like a friendly bunch, but really they do not pay attention to detail and do not give quality dentistry to their patients. I had a tooth that they thought needed a retreat on a root canal, spent the $$$ to get it done. Found out not too long after that I had severe bone loss and had to have an extraction and bridge when I could have saved my teeth and just had implant. Save your teeth, Save your time and Save your money and go see a real dentist that knows how to diagnose treatment and really treat you the way you need and deserve! more

amazing experience! 6/15/2011

My experience with Dr. Lee and the staff was great! Everyone was so nice and friendly. They got me in on an emergency basis and were so accomidating. There is a new receptionist who is so helpful and very sweet! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! more

pick another dentist office if you want quality 6/8/2011

This office seems friendly, but not really focused on quality. The cleanings are too quick and they do not take the time to educate the patient. The dentist can be friendly, yet I am not sure I feel that she is really making sure I am getting my dental needs taken care of. I would advise you find an office that is more detailed with their care. more

The receptionist issue 3/17/2011

I know in Seattle people like to be coddled a little bit (I am a Seattleite myself), I have noticed that the receptionist has been a little curt but I would hardly say she is bad or unprofessional. She always makes sure to print you a copy of the statement that you need to verify your payment if you use a health care spending account and I just called her to reprint a statement and she was totally accommodating. And she has never booked me a bad appointment. What more does one need from a receptionist? more

If You Are Afraid of the Dentist - Dr. Lee is the one to see! 2/1/2011

I honestly have a huge fear of the dentist. I have not see a dentist in four years. When I went to Dr. Lee's office I was given so much support that it made my fears go away. Her service is excellent. I didn't have to wait. Everyone she works with are truly kind and helpful. A very positive experience for one who is a total skeptic! Thanks Dr. Lee!!! more

This new receptionist is worse than the old one. Very argumentative and unprofessional on every level. If Dr. Lee knows what makes good business sense she will rid her office of the unprofessionalism. more

Great dentist, but... 8/23/2010

Until I read these reviews I thought I just had a bad year with teeth! I haven't had a cavity since I was 8, then all of a sudden I switch dentists and she said I had 4! 3 were replacing the 3 small ones I had as a small child, but I think it's rather bizarre since I floss 1-2 times daily and brush 2-3 times a day. So the guy who had the 3 star rating, I hear you! But Dr. Lee was wonderful! And I HATE shots, but she did wonderful-I never felt a thing! And I am SUPPPPPER picky about shots!! The receptionist was fine, seemed pleasant to me, but I haven't had any problems with insurance (yet...). Will update if situation changes! more

I recommend Dr Lee and Team to everyone I know!!! 1/7/2010

Dr Lee and Team are the BEST!!! They have a friendly, but very professional attitude. Dr Lee takes a "preventive" approach to dental health, but does not push for unnecessary treatment. They treat their patients like adults and are never condescending about a patient's lack of personal oral hygiene. Come on, we all know how much we as individuals do or don't floss regularly or brush everyday. We don't need a dentist or hygienist making us feel bad or inadequate as human beings because we don't follow the rules. Dr Lee and Team NEVER do. I have never had a problem with the receptionist. She is always courteous and seems to genuinely remember who I am. I will continue to recommend Dr Lee and Team to everyone I know. more

Outstanding 1/5/2010

I came to this dentist as a new paitient. I thought the level of service was outstanding . The entire staff was very detailed. I would highly recommend this dentist office. more

Great Receptionist to me 9/2/2009

I don't know what everyone else's problem is, I've been going to Dr. Lee for over a year, been at least 4-6 times, always the same receptionist, and she has always been really helpful, polite and nice to me in person and on the phone. I don't think these reviews are fair at all. I love everything about this office, from the receptionist to Dr. Lee, she knows me, takes time with me, and I've never felt more at ease going to the dentist. more

Excellent dentist, mean receptionist 8/6/2009

It's sad that most of these reviews are about Dr Lee's receptionist and not the dentist herself. They are completely justified. I think the other reviewer's were actually taking it easy on the receptionist, factoring in my experiences with her. Does anyone else think it's suspicious that the only positive review about the receptionist (describing her as "pleasant") is from someone with the same initials? more

Good, honest dental office 8/6/2009

I am super picky about my dentist and the staff. This office is truly friendly from walking in the door to leaving. I feel confident that Dr. Lee only wants the best for my dental health and does not try to oversell. I don't agree at all with any of the harsh, negative comments about the receptionist, she was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee. more

Very good - not overly aggressive 7/13/2009

I've had a number of dentists both in Seattle and out of state (out of this region). Dr. Lee is terrific in every way. In response to one person who said that you would get all of your amalgam fillings replaced if you went to Dr. Lee, that is simply not true. She only replaces fillings once they have degraded to a degree that you would replace ANY filling. I've had one remaining silver amalgam filling for over a decade that is just now being replaced this year. It was simply time for it to go. more

Seriously - fire that chick. I have had great experience with Dr. Lee EXCEPT with her front desk lady who is about as condescending and rude as it gets - recently I shared a war story with a family member that had the same experience at Dr. Lees. How doesn't anyone in that office notice? more

Great Dentist, Horrible Receptionist is true! 6/17/2009

The earlier comment about Dr. Lee and her staff being fantastic is spot on. The front desk receptionist, however, is strident, rude and condescending. I have had similar problems with respect to insurance billing issues. The receptionist gets all huffy, rolls her eyes and refuse to be of any help or service. It is an enormous deterrent to what is otherwise an excellent provider. more

Great dentist - HORRIBLE front desk 3/6/2009

I think Dr. Lee is fantastic - she is cheery, really listens to you, and also does great work. Unfortunately her front desk person is so rude! After calling about a bill that I thought was a mistake, her receptionist/billing person told me that I should know how my dental plan works, and that it wasn't her fault the cost was twice as much as the estimate she gave me. I was so stunned by this response that I decided against going back - which is really unfortunate because Dr. Lee is one of the best dentists around. more

Jeany Lee Rocks! Drills too but... 1/19/2009

I started with Dr. Lee about three plus years ago and I have to say, there is only one other dentist I have liked as much as her. Yes (as one of the other reviewers claimed) upon becoming a new client, she does go through her mouth with a fine tuned comb and identities any potential problems she sees you may have and will work with each individual on a program plan that works for you to take care of it. I have a high maintenance mouth ... and she has taken extra steps to work with what I want, has always provided me with options that I can live with. In addition, she has a great staff. Ever go to a dentist that you love, only to just barely tolerate the people that support him/her? You won't find that at this office. more
