I don't know what everyone else's problem is, I've been going to Dr. Lee for over a year, been at least 4-6 times, always the same receptionist, and she has always been really helpful, polite and nice to me in person and on the phone. I don't think these reviews are fair at all. I love everything about this office, from the receptionist to Dr. Lee, she knows me, takes time with me, and I've never felt more at ease going to the dentist.

It's sad that most of these reviews are about Dr Lee's receptionist and not the dentist herself. They are completely justified. I think the other reviewer's were actually taking it easy on the receptionist, factoring in my experiences with her. Does anyone else think it's suspicious that the only positive review about the receptionist (describing her as "pleasant") is from someone with the same initials?

I am super picky about my dentist and the staff. This office is truly friendly from walking in the door to leaving. I feel confident that Dr. Lee only wants the best for my dental health and does not try to oversell. I don't agree at all with any of the harsh, negative comments about the receptionist, she was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee.

I've had a number of dentists both in Seattle and out of state (out of this region). Dr. Lee is terrific in every way. In response to one person who said that you would get all of your amalgam fillings replaced if you went to Dr. Lee, that is simply not true. She only replaces fillings once they have degraded to a degree that you would replace ANY filling. I've had one remaining silver amalgam filling for over a decade that is just now being replaced this year. It was simply time for it to go.

The earlier comment about Dr. Lee and her staff being fantastic is spot on. The front desk receptionist, however, is strident, rude and condescending. I have had similar problems with respect to insurance billing issues. The receptionist gets all huffy, rolls her eyes and refuse to be of any help or service. It is an enormous deterrent to what is otherwise an excellent provider.

I think Dr. Lee is fantastic - she is cheery, really listens to you, and also does great work. Unfortunately her front desk person is so rude! After calling about a bill that I thought was a mistake, her receptionist/billing person told me that I should know how my dental plan works, and that it wasn't her fault the cost was twice as much as the estimate she gave me. I was so stunned by this response that I decided against going back - which is really unfortunate because Dr. Lee is one of the best dentists around.

I started with Dr. Lee about three plus years ago and I have to say, there is only one other dentist I have liked as much as her. Yes (as one of the other reviewers claimed) upon becoming a new client, she does go through her mouth with a fine tuned comb and identities any potential problems she sees you may have and will work with each individual on a program plan that works for you to take care of it. I have a high maintenance mouth ... and she has taken extra steps to work with what I want, has always provided me with options that I can live with. In addition, she has a great staff. Ever go to a dentist that you love, only to just barely tolerate the people that support him/her? You won't find that at this office.

and trust me I know. I'm 31 years old and have had 12 fillings, 3 root canals and 3 crowns. I've had many dentists over the years. I was recommend to Dr. Lee through my husband also a patient. Dr. Lee and her staff are the most professional, honest, and nice dentist I've been to. She explains everything she's doing before she does it to reduce stress and pain. She should be called the gentle dentist. She's warm, caring, and sweet. Words you would never think of when you think dentist. I love their office. It's clean and their's a view from every chair. I also enjoy coming into downtown Seattle. I always valet park at Nordstom's (cheapest parking) and walk around the corner to the medical and dental building. Dr. Lee is on the sixth floor. On the way out you can stop and do a little shopping or catch up with an old friend over coffee. I highly recommend Dr. Jeany and her office and trust me this coming from someone that knows a good dentist when I see one. Simona S.
