Good: Everyone in the office is super friendly! Dr. Rubin is the most gentle and knowledgeable dentist I have been to. He takes plenty of time to talk to you and make sure he is addressing your needs. He using state of the art equipment like digital x-rays which reduce your exposure risk. His assistant Shanna is funny and sweet. Marilyn who works at the front desk is always really really helpful. I read a bad review about the woman at the front desk and can't even imagine that being her! (maybe it wasn't?). Other: This office offers such a great experience. It's not like those big dentist offices where they get you in and out as quickly as they can. It seems like these people actually like their jobs and care about MY health..

Not only was the woman at the front desk extremely defensive, she was incompetent- billing my insurance company for the wrong teeth,collecting from them after I'd paid the office directly and other glitches. Sadly, this carried over to the technicians and the dentist himself. A simple crown replacement turned into an ordeal as they were unable to get the fit right- huh?? This is probably my 10th crown and never have I had a problem with other dentists. And the costs- despite having dental insurance- are shattering! I prefer to work with providers who believe in the term health CARE as that is not at all what I received here!

This is not my real name, But I temped for Shanna while she was out having a lovely baby boy. Dr Rubin is the nicest man, and a really great Doctor. He and Shanna really care. And are a great team. I have known him for about 9 years now. He has never waived in his care of staff or Patients. Love ya Doc! Terry

I've had a bubillion cavities and braces and all the mouth torture I can handle. So that's why Paul Rubin is my dentist. I feel good going to see him. His hygienists are nice and encouraging instead of scolding. Dr. Rubin has a gentle touch and does not try to poke me til I bleed. They are eco-friendly so no mercury fillings (and remove old fillings if you so desire, which you should!) and it's just a nice office.
