Travis Powell is amazing. I've been going to him for a little over a year now, every 5 weeks, for Brazilian waxes. He's funny, sweet, personable, and most importantly - incredibly good at what he does. I come in furry and leave clean as a whistle. Prices are totally reasonable, too. Also, Cady at the front desk is a sweetheart, and the whole place lacks the snobby, uptight atmosphere of other salons and spas. Every time I've come in, people have been talking and laughing, and I've never been treated with anything less than friendly respect. I'm a devoted fan of Dewi, and will never go anywhere else for my "landscaping" needs!

OK, I went to the new Salon Dewi location at 1525 14th Avenue (they moved) and not only is the parking free, but they've got a whole new room for manicures and pedicures. I got the spa pedicure which was HEAVENLY...I compare the relaxation and quality to Gene Juarez, at a better price, and more personalized. I loved it! Three weeks later my feet are still looking great!

I have been going to Travis and Salon Dewi (day-wee) for almost a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else for waxing. I've had both regular bikini waxing and Brazilian waxing done and the experience was great. I was a bit nervous going to a male waxer but he really put me a ease and did a great job. The salon is great - small and intimate. I even got a complementary shoulder and neck massage while waiting for my appointment one day!

I have two places i would recommend. 1. Travis at Salon Dewi is really good. He really made by eye borws looks the same. 2. June at Anastatia counter at Nordstrom is also good. But they do use stencils and does always fit everyone but i have always walked out with nice eyebrown. I would try them both and see who you like. They are both around the same price. But they are your eyebrows on your face so it is worth it.
