Even though they didn't have an appt. available the day I called, the dispatcher (very nice gal) put me on a wait list (how smart is that?!) and when they came out they were super nice, polite and knew what they were doing. Got the job done quickly and the bill was affordable, too. I would highly recommend them.

This company is the best! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, or refer anyone to them. I needed a new main waterpipe installed. They came out immediately and gave me a reasonable price quote, which they stuck to. The workers were communicative throughout the entire three day process, and made sure I had running water the entire time I was in my home. I had a very negative experience with Metropolitan Sewer and was very hesitant to deal with another plumbing company. I wouldn't hestitate to use O'Neills again, and encourage you to give them a call if you're in need of a great, thorough job.
