I would strongly recommend externing at a restaraunt or shadowing someone for free before paying 20K for this program. Many people do not know they can do this for free and pick up the same skills this course teaches you. Also, its very accelerated, perfect for someone that doesn't have a job since its 5 days a week five hours a night. A huge commitment with not a great pay off in education. Also, I went into this program with very little experience in this field and you have people in class that are already in the field. This leads to almost a favoritism vibe with instructors. I wasn't digging the vibe at all. I am going to make the best of it though but will probably fork out some more money to go to a more credible school that doesn't just accept anyone if they can get the funds. ALl of this is based on my opinion after attending.
