We've used New Look for several years now to clean our carpets/furniture. His prices are right and we've always had great results. (Side note: We've never had any accidents or specialty needs, so we've only used the basic services.) The only downside I've ever encountered is that he is sometimes late, but for what he charges and what we get, I personally choose to overlook that.
We purchased microfiber furniture a year or so ago and although we haven't had it professionally cleaned yet, this man (forgive me, I've forgotten his name) said it can be done. He also gave me some tips and pointers on what to use to spot clean it.

the young lady Used a vapor steam cleaner to clean and sanitize my house. They used an allergy friendly vacuum which made the air noticeably cleaner. She deep cleaned my cabinets, vacuumed in every place possible. Got all the cat hair up, everything was very clean. I was very happy.
Things I thought would never come clean looked new again. She was very professional and showed up when she said she would.

I have been 'trying out' cleaning services - (this is what I told my husband so I could keep getting the house cleaned). The maid brigade was exactly that - three cleaners focused on certain specialties who cleaned the !@#$# out of my house. They cleaned the toaster oven - I usually just buy a new one. The cleaned stuff I had totally given up on. They vacuumed for like 2 hours! Then they left with a $265 bill for 2 1/2 hours. They said that the first time would be like a 'spring cleaning' and the more regular cleanings would be shorter. However, after three calls to them, I still have no idea what that time or cost would be. My cleaning service 'trying out' privileges have been revoked.
