I've had my son at NCDC since he was four months old (he is now 3) and have been very happy with my experience there. In the infant room, they have two teachers plus additional staff who will do nothing but hold the babies if that is what they need. I worked nearby and they were fine with me coming into the room whenever I needed or wanted to feed him (I usually came to see him at lunch) and it was reassuring to see how attentive they were to all of the babies. They also maintain a very low turnover, so all of the staff at the school knows my son (some very well) so it almost feels like a second family to him. I'm sad to be leaving for preschool!
