Had few events taken place at this location. Few different rooms, the big one is like a big lecture hall. New and well equipped facility, free Internet, good catering service. Parking garage is across the street shared by the ferries, Art institute of Seattle etc. $16 per day. At night is $5 or $8.

I have only been here for wedding receptions, and holiday parties. the staff seems to be decent, I would say this is more of a typical hotel/conference center type of venue. Some of the event planners are kind of young, and a bit inexperienced, but I have never seen anything really messed up. I would say that I haven't seen anything spectacular though.
The food is average, but not bad in any way. The desserts the same. Bar service can be slow if you don't request a second bar.
For vendors, because it is a secured area, there a few hoops to jump through for approval. Also, vendors are required to pay for parking across the street.
Nice rooms and view, as well as ambiance, but nothing stands out here.

The Bell Harbor Conference Center was a great facility. I spent a day there at Gnomedex 2005. The only downer was that they didn't have enough wireless connectivity for all the Gnomedex nerds. However, the auditorium was great, the food was actually pretty good, and the scene was very comfortable. It's a great place for a conference.
