I have been taking many differet vehicles to the Sea Tac locations for years. Recently I borrowed my bosses truck who also gets his vehicle detailed at Jims. On my lunch break I spilled a whole XL coke on the floor. The service manager was able to squeeze me into a busy summer day and fix the problem before the end of the day. My boss only knew because the truck was too clean.

I will tell you this it sounds as if the same person left these reviews. Don't allow yourself to be misguilded by someone that seems to have a personal feeling toward the Jason guy.

Thats right. And they cant even wash a car. There are huge missed wash spots all over my car from when I took it in. They made an attempt to clean my windows and failed with streaks all over. I cant even see out my front window now when the light hits it. And vaccuum ??? Oh my. They didnt vacuum under my mats, they missed between the seats. Did I mention my wheels are still covered with DIRT!!! Biggest waste of money ever I purchased the Spiff Clean package. for $35 which is a glorified Wash Vacuum and Windows. WWAIT.. let me take out glorified. IT WAS HORRIBLE! I considered them for a $200+ Full Detail but now.. NO WAY!! I will never come back they cant even wash a car (I have a Chevy Cobalt) A CAR! Not to mention the manager Connor? was rude, he treated me like I was below him, or even like I was subhuman. Like I was a complete Idiot. When I questioned his work he said. "ITS JUST A WASH VACUUM WINDOWS NOT A FULL DETAIL" and he tried to upsell me!!!! Why would I get a full detail if there are dirt patches all over my car!!!! I will never come back and I will personally recommend to anyone who wants their car detailed or even washed to NOT GO TO JIMS DETAIL!!!! I was ripped off! I cannot believe they have been in business since 1978!!. I have filed a claim with the BBB for my $35. I want it back and he refused to refund me. Thanks Connor! Thanks Jims Detail!

Car wash barely describes this place. Their quality and level of service is below sub-par. My Mercedes looks worse than when i brought it in!!! There are water streaks inside my gauge cluster and a tear in my seat!! I paid for the full details service and all I got was a greasy dash board and some lines in my carpets. Ill give them this. The outside looks shiny but Its still covered with wash scratches!!! What did they do? Just Wax? I paid for a full polish. Im never coming back. As for their satisfaction guarantee. The Manager in charge of the federal way location told me that its "GOOD AS IT GETS" What a load! And you know whats better? My radar detector is missing!!! I wouldn't trust these people with my OJ Simpson!!
