I arrived to pick my car up and there was all of his employees just standing around. They looked like a bunch of gang members. They started asking me personal questions like what do you do for a living? Where do you live? I thought I was going to be robbed! It turns out I did. They stold they change and a few bills from my car. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Do not take your car to Chester! I was quoted $325.00 for a Full detail over the phone and when I got there they said it would be $400.00 as my car was black and a four door. So I got the service and when I came back there was what looked like gang members standing around. I thought I was going to be robbed! They stoled my money form the car. This was the worst detail job ever! Chester knows nothing about detailing cars or running a business at all. I would not recommend taking your car there. Stay away!

They Overcharge,do a sloppy job, they treat the employees horrible and none of their chemicals are labeled and the bird poops everywhere(un sanitary) and is free to roam and chase after people or scream ...their bathroom is disgusting and the toilet is barely mounted to the floor... this place needs to be shut down or under new ownership
their jet washes are always broken and trash is always everywhere their machines eat your money

Its true that this place has been around for a long time, so I got my car detailed there last year as a present from my girlfriend. The service itself was very good, but dealing with pricing and timing was a bit of a hassle. That was only one experience though, it could have just been a bad time. It does seem to have quite a bit of traffic, so people must like it in general.
