My husband and I bought our car from this company, and as well as the first 2011 Mercedes S class in 2013. Since I had never bought a used car, I was very hesitant in buying a used car, but my husband explained how much we could save by buying a car a couple of years old. , Everything went smoothly and as planned. Except for getting only one key, Howard got me exactly what I wanted and the price that we wanted to pay. We bought a 2013 Mercedes 550SL with 7700 miles on it, and in perfect shape.Howard was especially helpful and went over the car with my husband, taking his time to make sure my husband understood what he was buying..My ONLY disenchantment with this company is the forcefulness of the finance guy when we elected NOT to buy the extended warranty. No should be sufficient an answer. We have told our friends who are looking to buy a car soon about Howard and passed his cards out so maybe Howard will be able to help them as well. Since the last Mercedes SL I bought was in 1996, I doubt we will be looking for a while, but if we do, you can be assured Howard Kulman is our man!!! Joan Evanger more

Sorry but this is not a good review. Purchased car for sons graduation gift, 2011 bmw 335i, Perry our sales rep said it had a noise until warmed up did some research bad valve on muffler and needed to be replaced, passenger seat belt alarm won't quit going off unless belt is buckled not big just a hassle to reach over and buckle when no one sitting. Head light out had to remove front tires to gain access to light, removed lug nuts but could not get wheel to come off, took to discount tire and they had to use a rubber mallet to free wheels and could not believe they sold this car in this condition lots of rust, hope nobody gets hurt or injured in this car, Perry said it had a clean title, but please get a car fax this car had been in a rear end collision but no details had to be released. Asked Perry we had the check out sheet on the car asked him how they said the breaks were ok if they couldn't get the wheels off to check, he replied must of just had a visual, and that it sounded that this car had slipped through, I sure hope the one you buy doesn't slip through, Perry called to see how every thing was told him the problems and he would get with owner to resolve this issue that was the last I've heard from him so Please don't buy an unsafe car from them for one of your children they really don't care about you or you safety just making the money more

I just purchased an M3 from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers. During my time I had some initial issues with the car but they more than put my mind at ease. All of the salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. If you are going to be making bad but fun financial decisions on a car I don't think you will find a better price or experience over Elliot Bay. more

relaxed atmosphere, no pressure sales, sales people knew their products well. After leaving a dealership that asked me to give them my social before driving a car I decided to try this place out and was glad I did. I will return next time I need a car more
