From time to time I finish up my bicycle rides with a stop at Arosa. They use a nice bittersweet cocoa in there mochas which is quite good. More importantly though are the waffles. Arosa is the only place in Seattle I know of that serves Liege style waffles. Waffles Liegeois are different from what Americans typically think of Belgian waffles in that they are smaller (three and a half to four inches across), denser (i think yeast risen, not baking powder), and are studded with crunchy bits of sugar. It makes a wonderful snack with a good mocha. The service is very friendly as well. They also have a nice selection of panini sandwiches that are quite good as well.
