I had 3 films developped here (just the negative, no printing). The result was terrible, with large green vertical bands on the films. There was a kind of humid effect on the band sides, showing that it had been produced by a problem with the rolls in their machine, and not by my camera. The photos were just useless, no way to recover them. If you don't want to have such a frustrating experience, just don't go here.

If you want both low cost and good quality, you want Ballard Camera! They are quick and will re-do prints if you don't like how it turns out. They have a large stock of equipment, chemicals, and photo paper if you develop things yourself as well. They also have a good selection of scrap booking supplies. Parking can be an issue since they're right on Ballard Way, but it's worth it, especially if you're in a hurry. If you want even higher quality prints, go to Moonphoto on Greenwood.
