well folks, we're very fortunate indeed to have Fonte Coffee Roasters (http://www.fontecoffee.com/) here in Seattle. Just try their "Bin 16" bean and it'll all be over. Yes it's a little expensive at $17/lb (but nothing like some of the ridiculously priced stuff at Victrola)........it truly is an unbeliveable roast. and if you can, order it and go pick it up at their office/roastery down in SODO for 'uber' freshness............. sooner or later i'm going to give their "Kona" a try but it's always out......that is going to be a treat. please don't abuse Fonte and hog all the "Bin 16" damnit!!!! remember where you got your info and leave at least a little more me. Please? you now owe me one. BEVIAMO!
