After I moved to West Seattle from California, I started bringing my two cats here on a coupon. We have seen most of the vets here, but in particular Dr. Johnson and Dr. Quincy. They are gentle and thorough and always take time to answer questions, explain options and treatments, and I have found them helpful in giving price estimates for planning out my cats' health care. They have people that come in for some specialized things like ultrasounds and cardiology, and refer out for more complex operations. I finally lost my two old kitties, and one of them I had put to sleep here. They were very compassionate, explained everything, and gave us plenty of time alone to say goodbye. They have also been very helpful assessing and treating my new shelter & rescue kitties who all had different problems when they came to me. Once or twice I have felt an individual missed something or I disagreed with a charge, but this has been more than compensated for by their long-term flexibility and caring. Unless your meds are time-urgent, do check first whether you can buy from Amazon, or even Costco or a drugstore, as most vets are pricer to buy meds from.
Pros: Great, kind, efficient service - generous hours
Cons: All vet care costs $ ! Ask about price of meds before buying

Good: Dr. Karen is very patient for my puppy, and when she gave my puppy Rabies Shot, she use trick to shot, and my puppy didn't have any voice or sound out, and she has 2 kitty & 1 Dog ( Buzz ), they are very friendly and social with my puppy very well. the environment is very clear, and the staff is very generous, Dr. Karen has very good temperment, and nice voice ( very clear & quiet ), she is the best Vet i have ever visited in my life in USA.. Bad: the thing i didn't like is to give the Vet 6 Stars, haha, too great !!!. Improvements: nothing !!!. Other: Keep Condition for now, Dr. karen will get more and more patients in the future i promise !!!.

I took my cat here when she needed radioactive iodine therapy for her thyroid. (Go figure that I needed the same thing years down the road, but I went to a people doctor!) The staff at Cats Exclusive is so caring. They are also very accommodating. They had an appointment for her available the day I took her in for her evaluation. I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye but I was able to pick her up a couple of days later when she wasn't radioactive any more. The therapy and the professionalism of the doctors and staff allowed her more time to live and for that I am appreciative.

I recently went to banfield to for treatment of my cat for a possible UTI. I went to banfield because I thought it would be cheaper...I was charged 3X from a previous UTI experience with my cat ($270 in the past versus $700 with banfield). They charge you for the office visit ($34), pet nurse care ($13.33), doctor supervision ($17.30), and a ward fee ($28.55)...I have never had these extra fees in the past. They also performed unnecessary procedures which cost over $100 in extra fees with double charges. The "wellness plan"is a joke!! CBC specimen collection was suppose to be covered in the basic plan, but after the fact you find out it is for dental only. They front desk lady then had the nerve to tell me they would have to SEDATE my cat for vaccinations which is absurd and has never had to occur in the past...so although I signed up for the plan which covers vaccinations and office visits they are still going to try to get me for extra charges once I am there. You also have to drop your pet off for hours to have the vaccinations done which is time out of the day. Overall the message is DON"T GO... BANFIELD IS MORE INTERESTED IN CHARGING YOU EVERY LITTLE FEE AND OUTLANDISH COSTS FOR PROCEDURES THAN CARING FOR YOUR PET AND THE FINANCIAL WELL BEING OF THE PET OWNER... SAVE TIME AND ENERGY AND GO TO A VETRINARIAN THAN ISN'T IN IT FOR MAKING AN EXTRA DIME ON YOUR EXPENSE!!!!!
Pros: Still thinking
Cons: outlandish costs/ hidden fees and agendas

I am appalled how VCA five corners treated my brother and his dog. First they wouldnt even give the dog surgery they told my brother that he had to pay the entire amount 2,500 right away and they wouldnt let him do payments even when my brother said he could pay in three week .Secondly i did not like the treatment they were giving the dog they made him walk on his leg after they told my brother that they might need to amputate his leg, then my brother picked up his dog and they didnt say one word to him juss open the door for him to leave. Leaving him outside in the rain with a dog in need of medical attention.
