The menu is extremely limited - no fish or chicken. You're better off going to Wendy's or McD. They charge you extra for ketchup! What a ripoff! Can't explain the sensation. I buy 10 or more of them at a time, throw then in the freezer and eat one at a time. Not as tasty and fresh as right off the grill but still good. Initially I didn't know what makes then so popular but after few visits you will get addicted. This is what I call the Nazi burger (you will know what I mean if you saw a Nazi soup episode of Seinfield show) Don't even think about using credit card or customize the burger way you like it. Light salt on the fries? Forget it. If you are on a diet don't even think about. Also when you are in the line, study the manu and get the money ready before it's your turn. You don't say "Uh.. I would like to" Just say 3 Deluxe, 1 fry and 2 mid sprite. Pros: Inexpensive, Quick service, Tasty Cons: No customization, No credit card
