The prices and boutiques are very expensive. Pottery Barn is a store definitely for the high class because it's so expensive. The clothing stores are very expenisve. But all together, 5 stories of shops and eateries. They also have a movie theater up top so you can catch a movie after you're done with shopping.

More
Large selection of natural and organic dairy products including milk, yoghurt, butter, and eggs.
Many types of eggs to choose amongst as well: Multi-coloured hens eggs, quail eggs, and even ostrich eggs if you're lucky.
You can get your milk in an old fashioned glass container, but if its your first time buying milk in the glass container, you have to put down a $2 deposit fee. Then, when you come back to get more milk, you return the empty bottle and never have to pay a deposit fee again.
Nice little place with lots of cow nick-nacks to choose from as well.

More
Westfield Shoppington Center, or Southcenter, is an extensive mall with many shops. If you don't find what you are looking for in the mall, located all around the mall are more shops, including bookstores, restaurants, movie theaters, many furniture and electronics shops, including most any chain store you can think of. This is a great area to visit if you want a lot of choices or want to compare items before buying, without having to drive a long distance between stores.

It's not in the Ballard/Greenlake area but I know U-Village has a nice little set up for geting Santa photos taken. Parking in the lot above Crate & Barrell isn't too bad but trying to park in the surface lots is a disaster around christmas.
Good luck!

Well, the QFC is now downstairs, I miss the little shops. I go to the gym upstairs "Golds Gym" which is very convenient, and Urban outfitters is still there. Speaking of makeovers, I have also found a salon upstairs called CITY HAIR. I love it! The prices are low, and the staff friendly, and experienced. My hair has never looked this good. I recommend it highly. As for the market I hope to give the shops there my business because theyve stuck to the market, and havent been bullied by the new grocery store.

I never shop here but had a need and an urgency and it was convenient..
I went in to pick up some Easter stuff for the kiddies and virtually everything was on sale in that dept.
Well after being checked out I looked at my receipt as see nothing was reduced. I inquired about it and was told "oh sorry... you'll need to go to the customer service desk"..
So I wait in line for 5 minutes and when I explain they have to go get some ol sea hag from the back...
Sea Hag continues to tell me that "well, probably none of it was on sale"..
I tell her that its sure funny that there's a big ol sign over there to state otherwise!!!
She mumbles and walks away to do her own price check on every freaking item!!!
She returns 10 minutes later to tell me that somebody had stuff in the wrong place. No apology just lip service..
What would Martha do?
