Good: Easy to book an appointment. Friendly people.. Bad: My family has had a lot of problems with QAME. 1. Treatment/advice from a book that you could just as well read online yourself. 2. Nurses forget to call and report test results. Do I need to see a specialist for urgent treatment? I don't know. 3. Billing/coding problems -> pay out out of pocket. Billing staff forgets to work on issues, despite multiple reminders. Costs me time and money.. Improvements: Take notes on patient medical and billing issues, set reminders, and remember to follow up. Getting information from office shouldn't be as hard as pulling teeh..

Dr. Gromko delivered two of my babies. For the first she showed up in formal wear late at night after being out, threw scrubs over her dress and was there for 5 hours acting as birth couch. For hte second no formal wear but amazing heart and skills. Terri now provides primary care for me and my older kids. Good medical is hard to find. They're good. But don't tell anyone. I don't want them to get too busy.

Having been a patient of Terri Weiss for several years now, after living in Seattle and then moving to Bellingham, WA, and being a patient with multiple complex health and communication issues, I have found Terri Weiss to be so superior a primary care person that I continue to travel to Seattle for her always very helpful counsel on all matters medical. My son and his wife, also living in Bellingham, now go to Terri for their care. My daughter lives in West Seattle and Terri is her primary care person as well (and has been seeing her for about as long as I have). Do not hesitate to go to Queen Anne Medical if you need/want smart caring medical attention. They are top-notch and I wouldn't switch under any circumstances, nor would anyone who's ever been in their waiting room far as I can tell.

Dr. Gromko's office is so fantastic! After moving to Seattle from the Eastside, it was really difficult to find a new PCP that I trusted - and I was hesitant to go anywhere else besides the doctor that I grew up with. Queen Anne Medical Associates instantly made me feel comfortable, and after my first visit I felt like they were old friends and just as caring as my childhood doctor. I recommend them to all of my friends, and constantly hear good things about the office from others in the biz.

About 15 years ago, my mom and I started going to Dr. Gromko's office for our medical care. She took excellent care of me throughout my pregnancy with my first daughter, now 16, and the diligent and expert care & follow up she and all the nurses in her office gave me will stay with me as a fond memory for the rest of my life. Very personalized attention, very caring, very wonderful healthcare providers.

Carol Keenholts has been patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. She knows what she's talking about, and I'm not one to say that lightly - I've put in hours of research on my medical condition. She is by far the best ARNP (or doctor) that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Terri Weiss is quite good too, but I prefer Carol for her gentleness and warmth. She calls me to follow up on questions or paperwork, which other doctors just won't do. I highly recommend Carol Keenholts, and the rest of the staff has always been friendly.

I know finding a new doctor or clinic can be difficult. If I would have known of Dr. Linda Gromko and associates upon moving to Seattle, this would have been one of the easiest decisions I'd have. I deal mostly with Terri Weiss, one of the ARNP's there and she is a knowledgeable and sympathetic care provider. The other staff is similar in nature. They call to followup on certain matters. I don't get that, even at doctor's offices I liked in other cities.
