I don't know where Erica the other reviewer is from, but the guys at Professional Copy n print are the best. I needed some design work done and Rob, the graphic designer, did some mock ups for me that seemed almost beyond what I could have imagined. Perfect work, great service, laid back attitudes, and friendly unlike KINKOS. I would seriously recommend these guys to anyone, they have so much to offer and have been in business since 1978. Another great factor is that that offer course book for classes at the UW and they are open until10pm! I love this place!

I usually go to PC&P because I get their 4 cent copy coupons from the coupon lady on the Ave, or in the Student Survival Kit book from the U Bookstore. The employees aren't particularly cheerful, and sometimes hard to locate when you want to pay. I had one guy not ring up my coupon even though it was directly in front of him. I had said, clearly and not quietly, "I have a coupon" and when I pointed this out after he had entered the number of copies, he told me "You can use it next time." And he acted like it was my fault. However, 4 cent copies are a powerful draw, so I'll endure occasionally lousy service.
