We called them late sunday afternoon for a rush home inspection for first thing, the next morning. David McPhee arrived and inspected all aspects of the home we were bidding on. He explained everything he checked for in great detail and provided lots of useful take home info (important stuff for first time buyers like an explanation of reverse polarity or electrolysis in plumbing). When the inspection was complete he whipped out a laptop and portable printer and prepared a thorough report detailing what was checked and the overall condition of each item. He took additional time to review the report with me, answering all my ridiculous questions with great patience :-) I highly recommend this company for home inspection services.
