My order was placed in May and at the end of July I am still waiting for fixtures. At the time of order, I was told items would be available in 3 days. Even after talking with the owner after one month, there was no change in service. She claimed that the order should be ready in 1 1/2 weeks. Recommendations for products are inconsistent, and staff have limited knowledge of the products. Shipping was charged for products that we picked up from a warehouse on our own, and they even mapquested us to the wrong warehouse which cost me half a day of contractor time. Unfortunately for some of the products, they are the only Seattle supplier, therefore online ordering would be more effective. I would not recommend Seattle Interiors to anyone expecting to complete a job on time, a remodel job where one expects to have use of a bathroom soon, or for anyone who hopes to receive a product that they've been charged for. It is unfortunate that a business with such beautiful products on display does not live up to the consumer courtesy one would expect for the price and quality that they carry.
