I’m glad I don’t have much experience with television repair places, but after going to teletron, I feel confident in giving them some props. I have an older set and wasn't sure if it was better to replace or repair. The teletron guys were pleasant to deal with and seemed quite knowledgeable of my particular vintage. they guessed to replace my set would be about $150 (it’s not a large screen) and to repair would be about $85. I choose the latter. one, to put off a purchase decision and two, teletron endorsed it as a quality set that had a lot of years left in it. their turn-around was two days and their estimate was accurate. now I’m happily watching a clear picture with the knowledge I saved a few bucks and kept my tv out of a landfill for a few more years.
