The project was quite complicated and Four x Four brought an innovative and cost effective solution that exceeded our expectations. The project was completed on schedule and on budget. I was doing laundry and water started overflowing from the back of the washer and flooding onto the floor! I rummaged through the phone book and found Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing.. They came out very quickly. The plumber arrived onsite and jumped right in to action! He quickly but gently moved the wash machine, worked his magic and the water was draining once more!~
I was really pleased with Jim Dandy and will use them again as well as reccomend them to all my friends.

My brother recommended me to Glastra Heating and it came in handy recently when we needed to have a new furnace. They came in made recommendations and I was impressed with their honesty and knowledge. I am vunerable when it comes to knowing my furnace so it was nice to be able to trust someone with a honest opinion.

When my furnace went out this past year, I was all braced for having to purchase a whole new unit. Glendale Heating came out to check it out, and within 10 minutes I had a working furnace again. The technician was so nice, very polite he certainly was knowledgeable. The charge was minimal and I will certainly use them again.

We have been members of the Home Owners Clubs for the last 6 years. We've used them for virtually all of our home repair, maintenance and construction needs. One benefit of the club is that you call them with your need and they can have several companies come to give you bids. So, you make one call- they get you many options.
99% of all the work done by vendors they've sent has been flawless. One project, our roof, had a couple of issues. However, the beauty of working with them is that they hold the funds to the contractor until you say you're satisfied with the work. In our case they sent the original roofer back to fix one problem. When I wasn't 100% satisfied with the "fix" I asked them to send someone else to fix it, which they did and I did not pay that person. The funds came from what would have gone to the other roofer. In the end all was well and it was minimal inconvenience for me.
Any tradesman that gets a bad review from customers is dropped from their recommended list. We love the Home Owners Club!

I spoke with eight plumbers regarding work I needed on my sewer before I found Raymark. The other companies used scare tactics, didn’t sound like they knew what they were doing, didn’t return calls, or bid outrageous prices. Raymark were professionals from the start. They were timely, fair, quick, clean, and friendly. The project was, by its nature, very invasive to my home, but the employees of Raymark were considerate and really strived to preserve what they could while still accomplishing what needed to be done. Their expert use of pipe bursting technology saved me from having my entire bathroom, yard, and dining room torn apart. I’m not a plumber, but the craftsmanship of the work I saw looked flawless and is functioning perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Raymark is my knight in shining ABS!

We went to Best Plumbing to choose all of the new fixtures for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Although we thought this was going to be easy it turned out to be incredibly overwhelming! Best Plumbing had so many choices in their showroom - and not only high end "I wish" pieces, but the more practical middle of the road choices as well. We went on a Saturday morning and it was an absolute madhouse! As a result it took us a while to get help, but once we did the service was great. The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. We ultimately ordered a number of items from Best and our sales person was able to see us all the way through the process, right up until the time all of our purchases were delivered. A great experience!
