I took my car in because it was overheating. They were unable to diagnose what was causing the problem, but I was told that if I agreed to an estimated $2500 in repairs, they would take apart my head gasket, send it to a machine shop, replace everything associated with my coolant system (including replacing or repairing my radiator and several unnecessary flushes), eventually they hoped to fix the problem somewhere along the way. I paid over $100 to be told this nonsense. Waste of money! I took my car to another mechanic, who properly diagnosed the problem: a faulty thermometer. My cost to fix the overheating problem? $100. I had inspections of my engine done (for peace of mind since NW Autos had scared me) and the conclusion of two separate mechanics was that my car was in great condition and none of the repairs NW Autos had told me that needed to be done were necessary, including the flushes. In fact, I was told my engine was near perfect. Don't go to NW Autos! I went
