I had gotten a referral to try Studio Posh and after I had a hair mishap dying my own hair (it ended up being a pinkish beige color) I decided to check them out. I was told that my hair was damaged and would have to be cut off (I ended up with a very unfortunately almost-butch haircut.) I had also asked for a honey-blond--what I got was a neon blond. It was HORRIBLE! I left almost in tears, I worked in a office at the time and was horrified of showing up for work looking how I did. I obviously never went back after that--I had know idea how they could possibly fix anything after they made it way worse than it already was!

Studio Posh, located on High just north of campus is a well known, but often forgotten (by me anyway) hair salon. It's true, I often think, I need to get a hair cut, and completely forget that Studio Posh is right up the street. When I do remember to go, it is well worth it. The studio is very cool and eclectic and so are its stylists. The best part about the experience is hair washing and scalp massage that comes free with every appointment. They use a fantastic Tea tree shampoo that, combined with the deep scalp massage, leaves your head feeling cool and tingly - VERY RELAXING! The sylists are up to date on all the modern cuts and have a way of given even a conservative style a little bit of character that is tailored to YOU. If you are ever in the area and in need of a hair cut, this is the place to go.

i like this place for those in the campus area as you are always going to get service and a decent haricut without the the annoying chain like atmosphere that is so prevelent in other chains around...

i like this place for those in the campus area as you are always going to get service and a decent haricut without the the annoying chain like atmosphere that is so prevelent in other chains around campus. staff is great and the price is very reasonable. Always hard to find a place you can depend on to get a decent cut and this is good. Look for the more experienced stylists as with any salon but this place has really good people from what I can tell.

I have been getting my hair cut by Amy at Studio Posh Hair Gallery for some time now. This salon offers great styling for reasonable prices. Also, the people there are very enjoyable and conversations are often quite entertaining! This salon provides a great atmosphere and is fun to visit. If you go once, you will keep coming back!

I have been to many salons to get my hair done. Compared with other places, this salon is making people feeling comfortable in many aspects. Especially when you want to do a little bit complicated hair cut rather than a simple cut, you feel it is very easy to explain that to the stylist. They are very skillful. Even though many salons can make your hair look great, it always turns out to be a little bit different from what you asked for. However, it is not going to happen at Studio Posh Hair Gallery.

The name of this place kind of embarasses me, and walking into any place this unabashedly hip makes me feel a little inadequate, but, I've always come out happy. Once I've gotten over my insecurity, the hairdressers or whatever are usually pretty friendly, are sensitive to those that don't want to small talk, and follow directions well. More impressive, they can take a non-direction or irritatingly vague direction and turn it into a good haircut. They don't say annoying things like, "Look at these split ends!" but I wish I could find a place where they would give you an opinion on what would look good, when you walk in bored with yourself. That would be a really good place, and I wouldn't even mind it if they had a stupid name.

This is a great Salon that provides great haircuts for a low fee. All of the staff is well trained in hairstyling and can style from the exotic to just a plain old hair cut. I've been here many times and have always walked out with a hip and stylin haircut that gets looks of great looks and attention that every young person wants. The inside of the salon is very unique and stylish.
